After reviewing all the information presented by American Airlines (AA), Delta Air Lines (DL) and Hawaiian Airlines (HA), the US Department of Transportation (DOT) announced on January 15, 2015 that it will begin the examination process to determine if DL’s current slot from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) to Tokyo Haneda International Airport (HND) would be retained or transferred.
